Return Policy: We will either replace or refund (less shipping & fees) for quality issues with the Peke Moe once they are returned to base within 30days of purchase. 

We cannot provide a guarantee that your baby will like the Peke Moe, and will not refund where this is the reason stated.  The summerweight are always going to be longer than the other fabrics due to the 'creping' of the fabric also and slightly smaller widthways as they have no stretch to them. Measurements are related to the standard weight fabric as the guide. . If you are not happy with your Peke Moe please talk to us first, rather than telling others, we are very proud of our product and stand by it and will do our best to ensure you get exactly what you are expecting. (please ensure you ask ANY questions you may have BEFORE purchasing!)

Shipping Policy: Shipping price includes postage/packaging. Prices may vary on package due to weight differences. Orders take approx 3-12 working days to arrive to International destinations. If your item does not arrive within this time, we will contact the postal service to see where your order may be - however it can take approx 2-3 weeks for a search to be undertaken, there is no specific tracking number available with International Air postage.

Privacy Policy: Email addresses will be kept for future communication unless otherwise directed by you,  they will NEVER be given out without your direct permission.

Liability Policy: All care and responsibility has been taken to align the Peke Moe to the AS/NZS 1249:2003 and they carry a ’high fire risk’ label due to - the ’length’ of bags; that loose fitting sleepwear has a higher incidence of catching fire; and that cotton fabrics can burn easily, please ensure your baby is away from any fireplaces/heaters when in their peke moe™. As with any other blankets/sleepwear/baby clothing - there is always a very small chance that your baby could suffer injury or death whilst using this or any other  product in babies cot/bassinette, please ensure the cot is clear of excess blankets/toys. When completing a purchase from us you are accepting full responsibility that we 'Peke Moe'/ Sheryl & Gina D'Ath are NOT LIABLE in the incidence of death/injury linked to use of the Peke Moe.
