"Hi Gina,  Things are going good so far with the Peke Moe!  My daughter, Lyla, is sleeping the best she ever has without a swaddle!  She hasn't been sleeping that great lately as it is (she is teething), but she is sleeping exactly as she was when she had her swaddle!  I have to assume it can only get better!  Whenever I tried to lay her down without a swaddle before, she would wildly wave her arms around, as if she didn't know what to do with the freedom, but she hasn't been doing that!  She seems to be nice and cozy in it.  I have loosely wrapped a blanket around her lower half (under her arms) to make her feel more "snug" like she was in a swaddle and that seems to help out a lot.  I am thrilled to have found the Peke Moe and I will take some pictures and send them to you soon!  I will let you know when I am ready to order another one :) "...... "Hi Gina, Just want to let you know that our Peke Moe arrived after 3 days. I tried it right away  for my son's nap ( he is almost 8 months) but had no success because I think  he was too hyper  then. He did not nap that afternoon. I tried it again yesterday first for his nap because his swaddle got wet from his diaper. He slept for 48 mins. for his mid-day nap. Then he slept for 2 & 1/2 hours with it for his afternoon nap. He slept for almost 13 hours last night  with a quick 15 min. feeding at 2:30 am again with the Peke Moe. He slept again  for his nap today with it  without any problem. "hi gina just an update for you after our purchase of a standard weight size 0 peke moe.  We bought the peke moe and it arrived on 28 July and not once since it arrived has our wee Sophie (almost 7 months) been wrapped.  It is a fantastic product and i am so happy with how it has worked for us.  I had high hopes for the peke moe after reading feedback on your page and hoped like mad it would work for us as i was sick of having to get up to sophie to wrap her 3 or 4 times a night.  In the end i was double wrapping her and she would still get out of it but wouldnt go to sleep without being wrapped.  Ever since having the peke moe she goes to sleep so beautifully on her own and she loves it, she gets excited when i lie her in her cot and then get it ready to put over her head.  Again a wonderful product you  have made we are stoked with it.  Here are a couple of photos for you of sophie in her peke moe - one in bed and one beautifully modelling the peke moe.  Feel free to put this one on your site if you wish. "We got our Peke Moe in the mail on Thursday and love it!! I think it will be the perfect solution for baby Evan. The size is great. The only issue is that I think that the summer weight fabric might be too scratchy for him. He is in a cocoon swaddle right now that is made out of stretchy t-shirt fabric. Which peke moe would be closest to that? Otherwise, we love the peke moe and it is the perfect solution for us. It provides the security of swaddling but gives him the mobility to move around! "Hi Gina, I wanted to update you and let you know that, after 5 days of using it, Henry is doing great in the Peke Moe and I am thrilled – thank you! I think the restriction of a total swaddle was too much for him at his age (5 1/2 months) but that he does get some comfort from that cosy feeling, and the Peke Moe allows for some restriction, yet also gives his limbs a lot more freedom to move. He is sleeping and napping great again, and I feel a lot better about him not being totally swaddled in his crib, and then getting out of the swaddle every night and getting upset. Also, I was no longer comfortable with the safety of him being swaddled, since he is now able to roll over etc.  THANK YOU for your product. Hi Gina: I have one word for the Peke Moe - Success : )  I received my Peke Moe in the mail on Monday and used it for the first time last night.  I lightly dressed my daughter and put her in it with no swaddle.  She didn't seem to mind at all and after I laid her in her crib she rolled around babbling.  After what seemed like forever, although in actuality it was only 15-20 minutes, she laid on her side and went to sleep.  She slept through the entire night without a peep!!  I can't tell you how happy this makes me : )  I was totally shocked how easily she went from

"I wanted to tell you that since I ordered the blanket, Jordan has been sleeping in the peke moe, swaddled in another muslim wrap and in his bouncer.  Just last week I started transitioning him to his crib and out of his swaddle since he started rolling over.  It has been quite the transition!  He dirtied his peke moe on Friday night and slept without it for the next three nights until it was washed.  Many, MANY sleepless nights for me over the past weekend!  Last night I put him back in the peke moe and he slept through the night!  I heard him crying for a brief minute in the middle of the night, but he soothed himself to back to sleep! "Hi Gina, Thank you for the Peke Moe. It arrived so fast considering it was coming all the way from New Zealand. I found the Peke Moe when I googled searched information on baby eczema. On one of the baby websites a mother had left a comment that the Peke Moe helped keep her baby from scratching his face. So I found your site and browsed it for a while. I purchased the eczema Peke Moe and some super soft crib sheets on the same day. My little Levi, would rub his face back and forth on his sheets to scratch and he'd scratch his face with his hands. Poor little guy, eczema is so itchy and uncomfortable but scrathing it makes it worse. Today Levi has a clear face! I was able the eczema up with a prescription and with the help of the Peke Moe keeping him from scratcing while so it could clear up. I didn't purchase the Peke Moe for this purpose, but it is also great for keeping Levi's hands warm. He used to sleep in another type of sleep sack, without arms. Every morning I found him with icey cold hands. Its nice that he wakes up with warm hands now! The first two pictures are of Levi in his Peke Moe after about a week of use. He has a little eczema left on his face but it is much better than it had been. The last picture was just taken yesterday and you can see his eczema is all cleared up. Thanks for a great product!" "Hi Gina, sorry its taken me a while to reply to you to let you know how my little boy has gone with his Peke Moe. I wanted to try it for a couple of months so I knew it really worked. He loves it! He is free to move about, but he never kicks his covers off at night and his little fingers don't rip out his dummy. He had a very bad habit of scratching his head before I bought the Peke Moe and he would literally rip hair out his head and scar his head. I've noticed that this habit has been broken and he rarly touches his head anymore. I assumed he was waking himself during the night because he was pulling his hair and hurting himself, but now his fingers can't grasp at his head, he can't do it. So it has been a massive help in helping him sleep longer at night time. We were very close the fires and they were coming towards out farm, but the wind changed direction. "I just checked my email records and realised I never sent the email I had drafted all those months ago when I received the first 2 Peke Moes!!  We did use them with Laurie for about a month but he was going through such a bad stage at the time.  Getting 8 teeth all at once didn't help and I think he just needed to keep his hands away from his mouth so we ended up re-wrapping him.  He recently really seemed unhappy wrapped so I brought them out again  and boy do I love them!  It sounds silly but there is such a lovely feeling that he gets when he wears it and I feel it just looking at him in it.  He seems so calm and happy!  I am so pleased that I went back to it.  I was thinking I would email to say that if anyone says that it wasn't so great for their child initially, that you can pass on my message that sometimes the time has to be right to unwrap and to try again in a couple of months, because it seems that the extra time has made all the difference.  I really appreciate your kind and personal email and I look forward  to receiving the next Peke Moe! Just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you that Cooper is totally adjusted to his Peke Moe now and not being swaddled anymore.  He is sleeping for 5 -6 hours at a stretch at night now and taking longer naps than he ever has!  He is putting himself to sleep now and seems so happy!  He knows when we put his Peke Moe on that it means sleep and he seems to really like it.  I cannot believe how fast he transitioned to it and never thought that it would take less than a week for him to be sleeping so well with it.  When he was being swaddled he was waking up every 1 1/2 - 2 hours through the night and now with him going longer stretches I know how much more comfortable he must be!

"Thank you for the suggestion on trying a wrap over the Peke Moe.  I was ready to try it and he fell asleep that night on his own.  He is transitioning very well to not being swaddled and wearing his Peke Moe.  There are still some tough moments, but he is a baby so that comes with the territory.  :0)   We really love the Peke Moe and feel that it has been easier for him to make this change because of it.  Plus it is reassuring to know that he can't hurt his face with his hands/nails when he throws them around when trying to fall asleep.  I am so glad I found your website!  Thank you for a great product and great sevice! "Hi Gina I received the Peke Moe on Wednesday (just as we were heading off on a camping trip).  All I can say is - WOW!  I have to ask though - do you have it laced with sleeping pills or something??!   Thanks for the transition tips, but we seriously didn't need any!  My little Sam has slept so soundly since he's been using it.  Its great at night knowing that he has at least something on him after he's had his kicking frenzy - the muslin seems perfect for these hotter nights.  I've had heaps of problems with Sam scratching holes in his face but now his gorgeous little face looks perfect again! I'm not really big on forums or anything like that, but I do have a coffee group that meets fortnightly.  I will DEFINITELY be telling the chicks on Thursday about your fabulous product!  I know some of the girls have had issues with swaddling like we were, so hopefully they'll be in touch for orders!"

By the way I have told loads of people already we are so relived to have found your product, it was referred to me by a lady in our antenatal group, I have been losing sleep for quite a while worrying about how tangled she has been getting in her wrap (it has been ending up wrapped around and around her neck and I just could not fix it,  she will not go down unwraped) – she is a good sleeper once she is a sleep and has been sleeping through the night whereas I have been yo-yoing checking on her at all hours (usually 4-5 times a night.).

 I usually have to feed her off to sleep then roll her into her cot without waking her or she yells and yells and yells  – tonight I put her down awake in the peke moe (and geez it is hot) she yawned and rubbed her eyes a few times and then quietly went to sleep. "Hi - we received the Peke Moe yesterday so thank you so much for the promptness!  Our little boy Jack (9weeks) slept in it last night and this morning and I have just put him down again in it and so far so good.  I did think last night he was going to get his hand up through the neck but only managed his fingers then gave up I think!  He has always protested about being wrapped so I have just put him straight into the Peke Moe and I actually think he quite likes it!  He actually smiled before when I put it on him!  He is not sleeping any longer but I think is sleeping more peacefully because he is not spending so much time trying to get his arms out.  He sucks on his fingers thru the PekeMoe but it drys so quickly that when I put him down for his next sleep it is not wet at all.  So as I say, so far so good, we will see how it continues to go! "My Peke Moe arrived in the mail yesterday (Monday), I was surprised to get it so quickly.  I put my son, Angus, in it last night to see how he would go.  He has always been wrapped very tightly since birth with his arms by his sides so this would be the first time he would sleep with his arms in another position.  To help with the transition I put him in the Peke Moe and then put him in a sleeveless sleeping bag over the top of the Peke Moe to help reduce the arm movement.  To my utter amazement he fell asleep after 10 minutes.  It was so cute to see him sleep with his arms stuck straight out.  This morning when he woke up his dummy was out but he was happily sucking on his hands in the Peke Moe.  My plan is to keep putting the sleeveless sleeping bag over the top of the Peke Moe until the weather heats up and then in the heat of summer he can just sleep in the Peke Moe.  By this time he should be used to the Peke Moe and should be ok with all of the extra space he will have when just in it.  He is having his morning nap as I am typing this and again fell asleep after about 15 minutes.  I am so happy with the result.  The Peke Moe fabric will be perfect for the hot summer weather we can get in Melbourne .  I heard about the Peke Moe from another mother on a baby forum on the internet.  I was unsure about whether it would work for Angus and thought about it for a few weeks before deciding to give it a go.  I need not have worried!  Thank you so much for your fabulous design and prompt attention to my order.  I am now a total Peke Moe convert!  I will send across some photos in the future. "I have to say, that I am so happy with the Peke Moe. We had been fighting to get Ian to sleep as we had to take away his pacifier due to a bad drool rash. He was having a hard time settling, and we have had almost two weeks of sleepless nights. I was hoping for the best with the Peke Moe as he was breaking out of his swaddle blankets and rubbing his face and mouth. My wife was a little skeptical at first, but when we put on the Peke Moe, it was really like magic, he stopped fighting us and quickly settle down. We were able to get him to drift off in less then 10 mins, whereas it normally takes us multiple tries. Not wanting to jinx it, we were cautiously optimistic, but when thing went without a hitch the next day and the next day and the next, we were ecstatic. "A Peke Moe was my saviour! I swapped the wrap for a peke moe when DS was 6.5 months after weeks of trying to wean him from his wrap! It worked instantly, no problems whatsoever! "Yes... The Peke Moe arrived last Fri.  Little Kendall really started to resist the swaddle late last week so we tried a sleep sack... which is just a sleep bag with sleeves for his arms.   My wife was at first leery of the Peke Moe because our nanny remarked about the amount of cloth and the potential for suffocation.   I, of course, do not believe this is possible and disagreed.  Anyway.... the first night in the sleep sack (not the Peke Moe) Kendall woke once.  The next night.. he slept through with no problems.   We then left for a little mini-vacation and left the Peke Moe at home and packed the sleep sack.   Third night... he woke once and had to be soothed back to sleep.   Fourth night...woke twice and had to be soothed back to sleep.   Fifth night...he woke five times and had to be soothed back to sleep with the help of a pacifier and singing.   We returned last night and we decided to try the Peke Moe for the first time.   What do you think happened?  He grinned from ear to ear when we put it on him and he slept through the entire night... with only a peep at 5:00am that lasted less than a minute and he soothed himself back to sleep by sucking on his hand through the Peke Moe!   We're hooked... thrilled.... can't wait to report back after a week of use. "

"Our bag arrived very quickly thank you so much and James has slept 2 nights in it with great success. He has been swaddled since birth and was addicted, but also has been sleeping really badly in his cot as he was able to move around it too easily. "I think the Peke Moe has worked out great!  Elliot is sleeping quite well through the night these days.  It took a couple days for him to really transition into sleeping in it rather than his swaddle but once he did he slept GREAT.  I think he really likes to suck on the fabric when he brings his hands to his face -- I think it helps soothe him more than the pacifier or his fingers -- I think maybe because he can kind of bite down on it at the same time so it's easy to keep in his mouth.  In any case, when I get him up in the morning the fabric around his hands is soaking wet!  Even my husband said the other day that he was skeptical at first but now he's convinced the Peke Moe has helped."

"Mungo is napping happily in his current version Peke Moe right now. I really thought we should never wean him from his swaddle, but he adapted the very first night. I think that all he wanted was to be able to sleep with his arm thrown above his head. (He was like that in all the ultrasound pictures, so I'm not surprised.) And we don't have to sneak him into it, like we did with the swaddle; once we put it on, he knows it's time to sleep. He's now sleeping from 7 to 5:30! "What a fantastic product.  Such a large, open space means there is plenty of room for your little one to grow and be comfortable within it at the same time.  The stretchy neck hole at the top allows bub to be comfortable once it's on (no different from a track suit top) and at the same time, it does not allow for them to work their little hands out.  Pushing their little hands into the top corners when you first put it on is amazing.  I can't believe how well it moves with their hands and allows them to freely move their hands and arms around while hugging around them, stopping them from even getting to the other hand to scratch it to bits!  Much better than mittens, which they work out how to get off at a very young age and better than the jumpsuits which fold over and force their hands into a fist.  A fantastic product.  I'll be buying another one so that I can wash one and have the other ready to go.  WELL DONE!"

"Thank you so much for creating such an amazing product!  I received the Peke Moe about 10 days after I ordered, I have to tell you, I wasn't ready to put "I" in it.  I thought that what she loved about swaddling was how tight and held she felt, but I was wrong.  Two days ago I put "I" down to sleep swaddled, she woke up an hour afterwards in which I soothed her and put her to sleep again, only to have her wake up in another hour.  I wasn't sure what she wanted, and not being a fan of the CIO technique I thought it might be time for the Peke Moe.  I put her in it, rocked her for a moment, and she went to sleep for 5 hours!  I love the feel of the fabric and how light weight it is for the summer, but most of all I love the sleep I've been getting!!"
